I wasn’t satisfied with the previous featured Bugatti rendering, so I reworked it in Vizcom using the style: Volume Render with the Lucid photo as a reference image which I included.
As you can see by the various Vizcom generated images, they’re all over the map depending on which style I chose. Most of them looked more like a sports car rather than a sophisticated elegant car that I was seeking. Vizcom tends to turn every car into a sports car with many air intakes and aggressive styling.
I chose the 4th and 5th images in this series to create the featured image in Photoshop. I probably generated 30 to 40 Vizcom images in every Vizcom style before I found one that I could build off of. Sometimes it takes persistence to find exactly what I’m looking for. I’m always focused on quality surface execution in Vizcom for various areas of the car to combine later.
After much Photoshop, I feel I have achieved a more fitting image that is deserving of the name Royale. I’m all about elevating a sketch to bring out its full potential.

Nice subtle Bugatti styling clues—the sweep from the front fender through the rear door and over the roof, and the spline/rib on the roof.
