I did the original sketch totally in Photoshop as a Stutz-Bearcat design for the League of Retired Automotive Designers. I was deliberately going for 60’s era styling on an aerodynamic speed shape. The line drawing was only a 3″ doodle which accounts for the graininess. I imported it along with a background into Photoshop where the design quickly took shape.
The finless rendering is meant to be a production version. I often do variations on a theme.
Some sketches don’t do well in Vizcom and require much Photoshopping. I immediately had many good AI generated images to choose from for this series.

Great presentation of your designs and renderings. There is enough gesture in them to communicate the design and create an emotional response. They’re somewhat loose, which encourages imagination to sort out details. And I think fins should make a comeback! There aren’t any rules anymore, so why not.
