Cadillac Vision Revisited Part 1

Vizcom's First & Last Frame Feature

With each new post, I try to apply what I’ve learned plus share new tricks with my viewers as I learn them. I went back to my 5th post to see what AI could do with it. I always liked that design. It’s handsome and mildly futuristic. Plus, I like red cars and haven’t posted one in a while.

I generated many AI animations of this design in Vizcom. So many that it was hard to choose from. I took my favorite video that I created on the Vizcom Workbench back to the homepage by double clicking on it. Once I found a still frame that I liked, I right clicked on it and selected Copy Video Frame to get a high quality image. I pasted it in Microsoft Word and saved it as a PDF file. I brought that back into Photoshop to continue tweaking it.

I did many rounds of creating new images from videos, then new videos from those images back to more images from those videos. From this process, I narrowed the images down to my two favorite ones.

I used TopazLabs Bloom to upscale and sharpen the images which I further refined in Photoshop. Note that I added a driver since the initial videos while very compelling, were disconcerting as they were driverless.

In this post, I share several screen captured versions of my design from the many AI videos Vizcom generated.

To use the first and last frame feature in Vizcom Animate, I imported one image in Start and the other in End. Without any prompt, Vizcom seamlessly transitioned from the first image to the second one.

I like how believable the red car video is. Vizcom created the dramatic lighting and smooth motion of the car. It’s not hard to imagine this design driving down the road.
